I have a ewe with a one week old lamb. The lamb was nursing for most of the first week, but now seems not to be. The ewe seems very sensitive around the udder and maybe is dry. We are having trouble holding to her, but aren't getting milk when we try to milk her. I am bottle feeding now and wondering if there is anything I can do to get the ewe going again. Any ideas? I don't feel any real hard spots as with mastitis.
