Hi Stephanie, I use Basic H on a regular every two month schedule. (6 times a year) I have a fecal done about two times a year. If I found an over abundance of worm eggs in a fecal done then I would Basic H them again. Then put them back on a regular schedule. But that is what I would do and I am sure others have different ideas and thoughts. This works for me. Sue
