If you can get to a vet, any vet try some urinary acidifiers. They are used a lot in cats. weird thing though, is that in some urines, to turn it acid, you have to feed an alkali solution....
Cat urinary acidifiers should work. There also are some human ones. I know for a fact this is not a fun thing to have happen.
