I still think next time I will try to have them tanned into leather. We send our hides to a place in California but they only except hides from licensed taxidermists. Also James, I do have a couple of recipes that I have made with lamb meat and will try to get them put together on paper during my Christmas vacation and get them to you here in a couple weeks. I really do appreciate all the information and ideas that are brought out in this listserve. I have copied many sites and much information forfurther reference. Just wanted you all to know that.
