In Missouri, I use a mixture of sheep pellets and cracked corn, along with a small bale of hay(a mixture of grass, clover, and some prairie grass) each day. The pellets provide the nutrients they don't get in the hay and it is not expensive. We feed 35 barbado sheep and 2 llamas with that.
