Sounds like it needs more milk.. I have also had some problems with bottle feeding if I did not mix enough water in the formula. How many times a day are you feeding it? At 5 days I have fed 120 CC 4 times a day in addition to what the ewe was giving with no ill effects.. So... I would think that you would need to feed at least 2 to three times that with no benefit from the mother. You can also add the colustrum additive, It will do no harm and will help to benefit the rumen....
