Thanks, Diana. You are obviously right about being safe instead of sorry. I looked at the site you mention and see dozens of diseases, but don't see simple diarrhea. Common sense probably says to let the lamb recover first.

Rick, no expert here ... is there any way to have the stool
checked or a vet
to examine to make sure they don't have something harmful that
might be
transferred while being consumed(eaten)?
