I've been using Southern States Sheep formula along with fescue hay. (1-2
cups/per sheep a day) Per the label there is no copper in it. Mine do have a
Ragland all-purpose mineral block(4%Phosphorous) available for free choice
licking. (no copper mentioned)

According to Ron Parker's book, _ The Sheep Book_ (also available for online
reading, but I don't have the url handy) the below data is in the book's
appendix.

Source data- National Resource Council, Nutrient Requirements of Sheep, 6th
ed.
Micromineral requirements of Sheep and Maximum Tolerable Levels (ppm, mg/kg
of Toatal Diet Dry Matter)

Copper ---> Requirement: 7-11a Maximum Tolerable Level: 25b

a Requirement when dietary molybdynum is less than 1mg/kg. For higher
Molybdenum levels more may be required, but that is rare.

b Lower levels may be toxic under some circumstances

Diana
