The joy of the program, at least as it is in Colorado, is that the vet comes to YOU and draws the blood and sends it to the lab. Apparently it is the mission of this funded program to reach EVERY sheep producer in the particular state at that producer's farm. They are determined to eradicate scrapie in the U.S. and are doing whatever it takes. You might call your state vet and see if he will come to you as part of this program.
