Hello Peggy,

Sorry to hear about your illness.  I hope things work out.  From the description of your animals it sounds like you have Barbado sheep and not Barbados Blackbelly sheep.  If they have horns or horn genetics in their bloodline then they are Barbado sheep.  True Barbados Blackbelly sheep do not have any horns in their genetics.

Also are your sheep registered?

I just want to make sure that you do not have any problems with the buyers down the road when you sell your stock.  Good luck!

Subject: [blackbelly] EWE AND RAM FOR SALE

Due to illness I must sell both my Barbados blackbelly sheep. One is a ewe 2yrs and 5 months and her son who is just about 8 months he is horned and has perfect markings. The ewe is marked well also. We must sell very soon. We would like to have $65.00 for the ewe and $85.00 for the ram. We are open to discussion. Please respond to me personally not thru the list.
