Our ewe needs her hooves trimed.� My husband, Kem, helped when all the Suffolk were sheared and had thier hooves trimed for the fair, so I think we are OK there.� But, Peso, has dew claws that have grown way out.� Should they be trimmed?� I talked with a friend who is an Ag. teacher but he wanted me to check.� He felt that we should talk with you all first to make sure they should be trimmed, so that we didn't damage her feet. As a side note: Mason County Fair had Barbados shown in the Open Sheep Show and both received Blue ribbons, the Ewe got Reserve Champion and the Ram got Grand Champion. Thanks for the help.
