The cookbook should be ready for sale by the end of this month. I am releasing it both as a published book and as a CD-ROM containing a PDF version. Some people will find the PDF version an advantage because it is fully searchable (e.g., you can search for an ingredient or a keyword) and you can print out individual recipes. Other folks will like the wire-bound version because it can sit right there on the cookbook shelf along with the rest of the cookbook collection and it lies flat when open.
Hardcopy will sell for $16.75 plus S&H CD-ROM version will sell for $10.50 plus S&H
You will have over a hundred recipes to choose from, and that lamb meat in your freezer won't last long! The cookbook will make great Christmas presents, too! Blackbelly listserv subscribers will be absolutely the FIRST to know when the book is ready for sale.

We found a place(processing) nearby, that we're considering taking Ram-Ram to instead of butchering him ourselves. Dh got attached to him and doesn't really want to do it.
