Very quick response. It is a very nice looking cookbook. We can hardly wait to try some recipes. The pictures in it are great. I especially like the one of the ram with the cat, very cute. My ewe does that to the little dog. Speaking of the little dog. While I was at Cafe Press, I looked around at other Blackbelly merchandise and found the doggie t-shirts with "I would rather be CHASING Barbados Blackbelly Hair Sheep." I had to buy it for my little puppy. The end of July I was given a 5-month old Pomeranian. She is the cutest thing, I am not a small dog person but fell in love with her. She goes with me outside and follows me all over. She was not afraid of going in with the sheep and llamas. About 2 months ago I was washing my car, she was playing in the spray. Next thing I know I hear her crying and crying. I go searching for her and there she is in the sheep pen holding up one of her front paws. Behind her a few yards are all 8 sheep, watching her. Took her to the vets and she had 3 broken toes. She had to have surgery to put pins in 2 of them. She is a bit leery of them now but still likes to go up to the fence and watch them. Our ram lamb that was born Father's day is smaller than any of the other lambs now. I know Blackbellies are slow growing but could it be worms that cause him not to grow as fast as the others? He was born big, my friend said he was bigger than any lamb she has ever had at birth. Now he is smaller than the ones that were born after him. Any suggestions??
