They are a wonderful addition to any landscape. :-)
The ducks and sheep have helped me deal with the emotional and physical
damages incurred from my car accident. Dh has had to take over much of the
feeding/watering, but whenever I am able it's my chore and I love it. The
sheep know
their shepherdess.
Even, when I go no further than the deck to watch them they come running to
the fence and talk to me. (baaah)

We still have alot of fencing to put up. We want to fence a total of ~5acres
of our land.
A cougar was caught on video tape 2 counties from us, but thus far the only
critters in our immediate area are foxes and bobcats. Bears have been sighted
several miles from here. I just hope when lambs start getting born that it
doesn't draw these bigger animals to our place.

Sadder note......
Ram-Ram is enroute to be butchered. Wish we hadn't gotten so attached to
him. That's the downfall of a small flock.
The upside is we'll be eating natural based meat that we know has not been
hormone-ized and loaded with antibiotics ......who knows what else.
