[blackbelly] milk replacer

Hello, I haven't had to use it yet but  I was told that you can use calf 
collestrum mix if you dilute it a special way to get a lamb started. 
Does anyone have this reciepe handy? I can't find any collestrum for 
lambs this time of year.Thanks Nancy
