I think my original message was  misunderstood.  I also feed hay and grain as 
a supplement for new arrivals  and during inclement weather.  

My apologies for offending  anyone/everyone....   This is a great list and I 
did not intend to  start anything.  I just felt sorry for some horses near 
here that were in a  dirt lot of less than one acre  and being fed only prairie 
hay while the  owner was mowing his 4 acre fertilized bermuda grass yard.....  
He lost one  of the horses last year...   

It just gets to  me.....
