Maybe, it would be best not to give them anything else, including Metamucil. Give them a rest for 2-3 weeks, since they aren't pouring like spickets. :-)
Doesn't seem all the Vet help you've received has done all that much good. How many fecals and how many changing reports? You might need to consider culling the whether, if his intestinal dilemma worsens or continues to worry you.
