Dear Blackbelly Listserv subscribers,
This weekend, I will be moving the Blackbelly Listserv and all 340 subscribers to a new listserv. Everything will still work the same, but you will receive a new address to post messages to. That means if you have a nickname or shortcut set up in your email program, you will need to change it.
We probably will have some initial hiccups to overcome on the new listserv, so I beg your patience. If you experience any difficulties in receiving posts or if anything seems to not be working correctly, please email me privately at [email protected]
Remember: NO HTML IN MESSAGES! You can learn how to turn off HTML in your messages at http://www.expita.com/nomime.html
The list will be down for most of this weekend until I can get everyone subscribed to the new list. You will receive a Welcome letter from Mailman (the listserv software) when everything is up and running. Although I hope to have time to set your personal settings (set digest mode, etc.) to match what you currently are using, you may need to readjust them after you are subscribed to the new list.
Tell your sheep not to have any emergencies until Monday!
