IIRC, there was some talk about a bbapp for this at some point. While I wouldn't use it, I'm sure it might be useful for others. However, if you really want to use the mouse as little as possible, what do you need the menu for? I literally _never_ use it. I have keyboard bindings for my mail, browsers and terminal and that's all I ever need -- anything else I can start from the terminal.
