Well, Jamin, what you said about "session control
application" sound logic to me, but it doesn't really
help me ('cause I'm too daft!...).  What I did was
create the .xsession and .xinitrc files containing a
single line: "bbkeys -t <Enter>".  It didn't work... 
Am I helpable?  Anyone?  Patient enough?...
