I could also help with the webpage. May I suggest some PHP+db driven support on which simple content management can be built? Nothing fancy, just mantaining the news/links/whatnot in the db with a simple interface for the "content administrator[s]" and simple scripts which show them on the pages. Once something like this is in place mantaining the content can be done easily by people without Web development skills. I'm not sure whether SF.net offers PHP+MySQL support for it's hosted homepages or not, if it doesn't I'm sure we can find someone to donate a subdomain on a PHP+MySQL enabled host, myself included. I'm also the one who submitted the 0.65 Romanian translation so I guess that makes me the "official" mantainer. Just tell us when the time comes and I'll bring the CVS version up to date as well. For the rest, I'm afraid my C skills are not to speak of.
