the icons come from some other party -- GNOME, KDE, XFCE, whatever.  From its 
inception blackbox has been pretty anti-icon.  "iconification" doesn't even 
show icons the windows just vanish.

minimalism on screen is a key tenet of blackbox.  If we change that I don't 
really think it will be blackbox any longer.

For the most part 0.70 will read old styles, the largest problem is the menu 
definitions.  We ship a style converter which outputs a file which will work 
in both 0.65 and 0.70.
