Hello,
I am trying to install blackbox on a mandrake 10 machine.
This is what happens:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] blackbox-0.65.0]# ./configure

configure: error: no acceptable cc found in $PATH

I don't know what a "cc" is or how to install it. Can you point me in
the right direction?

And on a second though, have you tried to find Blackbox
among the Mandrake packages? I'm fairly sure Mandrake must
carry their own native Blackbox 0.65.0 package, so there may
be no need for you to install the gcc compiler&friends, nor
compile the package yourself.

You need to install the following packages: make, autoconf,
automake and gcc, plus whatever dependencies they may have
on Mandrake.
