Ok, it's me again...
I'm using the (now known) option edgeSnapThreshold. It's not exactly
what I wanted in the first place, but it's almost there. :)
Most of the windows I use, I maximize it verticaly; and the app save
it's current state. When I open the app again, the window is hitting
top and bottom edges and the edgeSnap stops working, for that window.
But, if I MaximizeVertical the window again, edgeSnap start working
again.
Also, opening a window, it will leave a space of the same size of the
edgeSnap, on the edges (I fixed this, but don't know how to make a
diff file).
