Hi,
I'm new to bb, fresh from a week in E and a long time in MWM (sounds like
I'm in AA). I hada look at the bb that shipped with Debian 2.2, version 051x
I think, and it looked fne. Except the toolbar which I found annoying since
I like a clean desktop. But when E turned out being not sucha good idea, I
had another look at BB and dl & compiled the current release. Wo, the
toolbar can at least be moved now and the styles are a big improvement. I
had changed everything over within the hour.
Whic brings me to the suggestion, probably stated before and turned down
with good reason, and that is the autohide feature is nice but to some of
us, even the hint of something is freaky. I'd love to have on, off, and
autohide.
Anyway, I'm here with BB for better or worse, with these new 3D look I can
live with the toolbar if I have to... BTW, it's a nice piece of work, kudos
to all responsible. I'm surprised no one talks about it move. With teh
general public, sure, it's KDE, but among the pros... Surely BB is the only
real modern alternative to MWM?
