We've discussed this a few times here on this list (check the archives),
and I don't think we've come to a solution.  The problem lies,
obviously, in the mouse-focus event the window under the window-list
receives when the window-list disappears.

The workaround would probably entail convincing blackbox/bbkeys that the
window-list is not a window, so that the mouse-focus does not change
when the pointer is over it.  How tricky to implement this might be, I
can not comment on.
