Sorry... i wasn't sure if it was supposed to do that or not.
i submitted it as a bug report the other day.  :(

I'm really liking this whole snapping thing... it's one feature
that i really loved about KDE, and always wished that MS Windows
and other WM's would implement.  Great work!
