Oh, I took it to mean that he would add a toggle, and you can turn the
bindings on or off when you are working in a specific application, but
not that the setting would actually apply to that application. It will
apply universally until you toggle it off (which is probably when
you're done with that application). Maybe I was wrong. I disagree with
an option to set application-specific key/mouse-bindings btw. :) The
ScrollLock toggle, or even a menu setting
