So there are two bugs left on 0.65.0: 1) Java issue
2) licq dock icon I can not recreate the licq dock issue. Anyone? The Java issue is important however I do not see a solution in the near future. I am open to suggestions. Beyond this the NLS files need to be updated before release. So I am going to release beta3 here in a few minutes. In a week if no new bugs are reported we will announce a prerelease and post it to freshmeat. If there are still no bugs then we will release 0.65.0. If a language representative has not contacted me with updates to their NLS I will not release the NLS directory when blackbox is released. In the AUTHORS file I have a list and I will contact each person listed there. Last chance. Have a complaint file it now.
