Quit QS, go into QS's application support folder, and drag Triggers.plist to the desktop. Then restart QS and see if you can make a new trigger now. Assuming that works, you can trash the old copy of Triggers.plist and start redefining your previous triggers. If it doesn't work, you may as well put the old copy of Triggers.plist back where it was, and then come post here again so we can try to figure out the appropriate next step.
