I am seeing similar behavior with this version. After using it for awhile, many of my Triggers become un-checked. When I re-check them, they work fine, briefly. I also noticed that if I have the Triggers window open, then click on my desktop, then click again anywhere on the Triggers window, one (and only one) of my Triggers un-checks itself. If I re-check the item, I can do this repeatedly, always affecting the same specific Trigger (set to Command-Shift-Option-R which opens a URL). As a non-programmer, but avid Quicksliver addict, I hope the people working on this thing read these posts!
