I haven't done this, but I'm sure it'll work.
The important files are:
~/Library/Preferences/com.blacktree.Quicksilver.plist - preferences
~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver - extra plugins, actions, triggers
etc.

and there probably isn't any harm in syncing /Applications/Quicksilver.app
(the actual app) just incase you have a different version on one of the
computers
