Applescript is probably the best, or you could use some terminal commands
and set up a trigger.

A bit of googling revealed running these commands in 'Terminal' will work,
but you'll need to input your admin password every time you want to do it.

$ sudo ipconfig set en1 BOOTP $ sudo ipconfig set en1 DHCP

Try looking for a 'renew DHCP applescript' using google and see if anything
pops up
