I'm sorry if I came across as snippy, that was not my intention, I'm
just used to the distinction between deleting an app, and uninstalling
it.

Anyways, after removing all traces of Quicksilver from my computer
(twice), reinstalling Quicksilver, and adding the Dropbox folder to my
catalog twice (I normally set scan depth to about 5), I was still
having no luck, however, after removing the file and folder scanner
for my Dropbox again, and rescanning the catalog, the files and
folders have appeared again.
