If it's your only action that's showing, then it sounds like a problem, but if it's just the default action that's showing, all you need to do is go into the QS prefs, and under the 'Preferences' tab click 'Actions'. Here you can drag the actions you want about to make sure 'play in iTunes' is above 'show source in catalog'
