I look forward to the day when we can universally say “you want the latest version”, but that day is not today.
I've added [this page][1] to the wiki to help explain what issues are known for various Quicksilver/Mac OS X combos. Did I leave anything out? If anyone has something to add, you can send me your notes or create an account on the wiki and edit the page. In particular, I'd like to have more detail about triggers not saving (and any known workarounds). I haven't followed it closely.
