I looked this over and actually learned something new. (The ⌘⇧O to immediately 
execute the action matched by O.) I keep thinking there can't possibly be 
anything else I don't know, and there always is.

One minor thing: Both this wiki page and page 10 of Howard's manual say 
“Matches can be by the beginning of the phrase or by the first letter of each 
word of the choice”. This is technically true, but makes it sound more limited 
than it actually is. Quicksilver will match letters anywhere in an item's name. 
So “QS” will match “Quicksilver” even though the S is not next to Q and is not 
the beginning of a word.

I can update the wiki if you want, but I figured I should call attention to it 
since it's in the manual as well.

Speaking of the manual, should we have QSApp.com be the new official location 
for the latest version? Do you have access to the site, Howard?
