At the moment, you can drill down into bundles/packages by holding ⌥ when
you hit either → or / (I.e. drill down into the bundle when holding ⌥)

Once you've drilled into a bundle, you can use QS as you normally would to
browse the files, or just hit ⌘ ↩ (which gives you the 'alternate' action
to 'open' which is 'reveal')

May be a little confusing, but I find it works just as well/if not better
than a 'show package contents' would. It is something we could quite easily
implement though if the above solution doesn't seem adequate for a lot of
users :)
