How exactly would you like to show the time/date? You could, for example, enter "date" in the first pane (in text mode), then select "Run command in shell" as action. QS will open again, now with the current date and time in the first pane. Now you can do what you want with it, e.g. use the "Large type" action, or paste or whatever.
