But first, thanks for your reply.

Updated QS. Now it doesn't work - crashes immediately when I start it
up. Clearing cashes and disabling keys in the playlist (following
instructions in the FAQs) does nothing. QS will not start. This is why
I was afraid to update.

Ideas? So frustrating, and so much work to do tonight.
