When I invoke QS ⌘-space QuickSilver generates numerous warnings in the
Console, as shown below. The apps that appear in directID in the warning
seem to be from the Recent Commands catalog entry and, for what it's worth,
the messages seem to appear in groups of 4, i.e., there are 4 warnings for
Chrome followed by 4 warnings for something else. When I examine the
Contents of the Recent Commands catalog entry in preferences, each of the
commands/apps that is listed shows "Action Missing: (null)" next to the
icon for the app. Note that the warnings are generated when I am not
invoking these Recent Commands. For example, the 4 Warnings for
Chrome will appear if I use QS to launch Mail. The issue seems to be
whatever is in Recent Commands generate a warning.

10/18/12 9:18:15.927 AM Quicksilver[2564] Warning: no action object for
Command [Action Missing: (null)]
Command Dictionary: {
    directArchive =     {
        class = QSCommand;
        data =         {
            "qs.command" =             {
                actionID = FileOpenAction;
                directID = "/Applications/Google Chrome.app";
            };
        };
        properties =         {
            QSObjectType = "qs.command";
        };
    };
}

I've cleared cache and relaunched QS, but that didn't fix the problem. I
tried to disable the Recent Commands catalog entry, but it is automatically
re-enabled upon re-launch of QS.
