I changed the CFBundleIdentifier 'com.macmagna.uninstaller' back to
'Uninstaller', then ran

/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister

-kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user

and

/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister

-dump

bundle id: 69740
path: /Applications/Uninstaller.app/
name: Uninstaller
category: public.app-category.utilities
identifier: Uninstaller (0x8001d245)
canonical id: uninstaller (0x8001d240)
version: 429496.72.95
mod date: 11/16/2011 9:58:54
reg date: 10/20/2013 23:28:27
type code: 'APPL'

So I guess there must have been a problem with Launch Services. Thanks for
pointing that out, Etienne!
