It does the same thing if I change the default browser - 4 tabs. I'm not 
sure why this worked perfectly for years but Yosemite seems to be breaking 
it, though. 

If I try it with the shortcut/file version I get a bunch of 'the 
application is not responding (with Chrome and with Safari), so maybe it is 
sending the info too fast for the browser to react in Yosemite now? It 
opens fine from within safari (open the bookmark in tabs) but if I try 
externally it trips over itself.
