Thanks for your reply and suggestions, Rob. I've used AppDelete, which removes all relevant files, including everything in ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver. I just deleted caches, and there's no change.
Strange: there is no mnemonics.plist file in ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver. I guess that's the problem. Why that might be, I have no idea.
