Assuming you're using Yosemite (10.10.x) and you've got some form of backup, then I believe you should be able to delete the plugin named <com.blacktree.Quicksilver.QSiTunesPlugIn.365.plugin> which you'll find in ~/Library/Application Support/Quicksilver/Plugins and restore the earlier version to the same place. If it were me, I'd do the restore by putting the older version on my desktop and double clicking it (so as to be sure that QS understands what's what) but the devs will confirm that, I'm sure.
