FYI, for me, using the Mac App Store version of 1Password 6.0.1 it was:
~/Library/Containers/TENCHARS.com.agilebits.onepassword-osx-helper/Data/Library/3rd
 Party Integration/bookmarks-default.json
where TENCHARS is 10 random characters (not hex) that I'm not sure if it's okay 
to post them publicly :)
