Not really. You can tell it to [run something at a specific date and
time][1], but it only runs once, and Quicksilver doesn’t remember
delayed commands if it gets restarted.
I’d like to see a “Run at Interval…” action and preserve delayed
commands across restarts, but I don’t know when that will happen.
You might consider looking at [Event Triggers][2]. For example, if
there’s some event that reliably takes place when you want to launch
these applications, like connecting to A/C power, you could launch the
applications in response to that.
But for launching on a schedule, even if Quicksilver could do it, there
are probably better tools out there. Personally, I would use
[`launchd`][3], but it looks like you can also do it using
[Calendar][4].
