Hello, I upgraded to macOS 10.14.2 and since my machine crash when going to sleep or when I try to login after sleep. I removed QuickSilver 1.6.0 and it seems the problem no longer occurs. I have a Macbook Pro 15" retina Mid '15. I used two external screens plus the internal display.
