To rebuild a free distro you could use tools like pungi (what blag90000 used) or revisor and just point it at the blag repo to include the packages you want.
https://fedorahosted.org/pungi http://fedorahosted.org/revisor You could also create a local repo based off blag, modify the packages you want, then point pungi/revisor at your local repo.
