I've never done this myself, but you should be able to do:

yum groupinstall KDE
According to the yum man page:
Code:
groupinstall
Is used to install all of the individual packages in a group, of
the specified types (this works as if youd taken each of those
package names and put them on the command line for a "yum
install" command).
